Happy New Year! 🎉 I know I’m a little late to say it, but this is my first post of 2018! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season with all your friends and… More
Where has December gone?! How is Christmas Eve this week?! Like I said last week, I need more weeks in December so I can use all the cute wintery kits I have!
This week, I went with a printable kit called “Candy Cane Cuddles“. Even though it’s 4 full pages, I only used a little bit of this kit. I have so much left over for another week! 🎄
My poor “hydrate” trackers were cut a little off again. 😭 I’m missing the 8th little droplet! Oh well. I’m still learning how to use my new Silhouette Portrait 2, and practice makes perfect! 😊
And see the Buffalo Plaid washi? And the “Merry & Bright” washi with the bicycle? Literally the worst washi ever! It’s really cute, but it totally wasn’t worth it. I found them both at the Target Dollar Spot. They were $1 each. I’m saying it wasn’t even worth $1! They are the cheapest, crummiest washi I’ve ever used! First, the washi keeps ripping. Even when I hold the roll straight and carefully and evenly pull the tape– it still rips. The “Merry & Bright” washi kept ripping right over the bicycle! It was so frustrating!
Usually I’m pretty forgiving with myself if I “mess up” washi. But not with these rolls. These rolls were so thin, I felt like I was going to end up wasting the entire roll just trying to get a single piece that wasn’t ripped. I’m usually a huge fan of almost everything from the Target Dollar Spot, but these washi rolls were definitely a miss with me. What a bummer!
Did you guys have better luck with any of the different types of Target Dollar Spot washi tape? Let me know in the comments below!
As always, remember to subscribe to my blog to be the first to know about my latest posts! See ya later, tater tots! 💖
Do you guys remember the sound the internet used to make when you were connecting? That “fuzzy” sound, then “beep boop beep… beep boop beep beep boop”. Then some whirring sound, then another fuzzy sound…. “Welcome! You’ve got mail!”
Yeah, I was an AOL user. I don’t exactly remember when AIM was released as a stand-alone program, but I remember spending hours chatting on AIM. By that point, I don’t think we had dial-up anymore. Gosh, do you remember how you couldn’t be on the phone and the internet at the same time? 😂 Continue reading “Free Planner Printable: AIM”
So… I’ve run into a little problem with my planner: I either need more weeks in December, or I need more planners! There are just way too many cute kits I want to use for December, but just not enough space!
This week, I went with a printable kit called “Cozy Cabin“. Even though it’s 4 full pages, I only used a little bit of this kit. I have so much left over for another week! 🎄
Hey spuds! I wanted to let you guys know about a special bundle deal I’m going to list in my Etsy shop later today. There are limited quantities, so that’s why I want you guys to know about this deal

Each comes with:
2 ribbon clips

Umm… what happened to November? Like… we skipped a week, right? There’s no WAY it flew by that fast! Well, at the very least, it’s finally December now! I feel like I can finally decorate my planner in full, festive, “Holiday Mode”! It was so tempting to add just a liiiitttle Buffalo Plaid here, a little snowflake there… but I held off! I didn’t want to take away from the beautiful fall colors during the last week of November.
This week, I used a freebie kit called Merry & Bright. I just embellished it with a little bit of washi tape I already had! I just love how happy and festive it turned out! 🎄
Thanksgiving was this week, but I didn’t want to cover my planner in a bunch of turkeys. Instead, I decided to go with non-traditional Thanksgiving colors, and I’m so glad I did! I just LOVE the colors in the kit that I used. It’s called “Oh My Gourd!” and there’s a coordinating die cut bundle, too! 😍
I knew I wouldn’t be writing in my planner a lot this week since Thanksgiving was happening on Thursday, and my boyfriend and I were hosting a Thanksgiving dinner with some friends! So I decided to cover up a lot of this week with stickers.
As it turns out, I didn’t write in my planner this week at all! My boyfriend and I both ended up getting really sick and spent the majority of the week in bed. Thanksgiving dinner wasn’t cancelled, but just postponed until we were feeling better. (:
Anyways, here’s how my planner looked for Thanksgiving week!
Wowza! Nearly a month has gone by since the last time I shared a weekly spread here on the blog! Things just got a little crazy over here in Potato Land. Thanksgiving, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday just snuck up on me. On top of that, I got sick. And… I hosted a planner meetup! It was super fun!!!
But anyways, I’m going to play catch up and post some of my past weekly spreads that I forgot to post!
I feel like December just started, but the year will be over before we know it! I made this glam printable that’s sorta holiday-festive, sorta new-year-festive, so you can use it in December or January! I’m not very good at coming up with creative names, so I just called this one “Black & Gold Holiday Cheer”. Continue reading “Free Planner Printable: Black & Gold Holiday Cheer”
Sorry I’m late to share this one. 🙈 I’ve been really sick and spending most of my time in bed. 🤒 Buuuut… now that Thanksgiving is over, we can finally transition into holiday/winter mode. No more fall leaves, turkeys, or pumpkins. It’s all about buffalo plaid, vintage red trucks carrying pine trees, and red coffee cups. At least that’s what seems to be cool for right now. 😉
This week’s printable is festive, but doesn’t exactly follow what’s trending now. In fact, it doesn’t even follow traditional holiday colors! But it’s cute. And it has Hello Kitty in it! I hope you guys like it! 💖 It’s called “Hello Kitty Pink Christmas”. Continue reading “Free Planner Printable: Hello Kitty Pink Christmas”
