Washi Wednesday [5.24.17]

Happy #washiwednesday, everyone! As I’m putting the finishing touches on the free printable for this week, I thought I would use Washi Wednesday as an opportunity to foreshadow the printable’s theme… Continue reading “Washi Wednesday [5.24.17]”

May 22-28 Weekly Spread

If you love Sailor Moon and pastel colors, this weekly kit was made for you. 😍 I love everything about this weekly kit. I know I mixed images from a couple of the different series, but why limit myself? One of my favorite elements is the scenery box that spans 4 day boxes wide. It isn’t just random scenery that matches the colors, it’s a still from the first Sailor Moon series. Seriously, go give the series a re-watch. The artwork is so pretty! 💖

I had so much fun making this kit, I might just make more Sailor Moon printables in the future… (like a Luna & Artemis theme, and maybe a theme for each sailor guardian, hmmm…)

You can download it and use it in your planner, too! Click here for the free download! Anyways, here’s how I used this weekly kit.

May 15-21 Weekly Spread

I’m not sure if there’s anything more exciting than using a printable/planner kit you made yourself. This week, I used my Sakura printable, and I just love how it turned out! I know I’m a little late and cherry blossom season is pretty much over, but I can still enjoy the soft colors and cute floral patterns this week in my planner! 🌸

Free Planner Printable: Sakura

This started off as a simple printable, but then I wanted to cover up the days of the week because the color of the font clashed with the printable. Then I thought I might as well add some additional washi strips to cover the margins to complete the look. And voila! Suddenly it turned into a Planner Kit! 💖

This printable contains:

  • 7 full day boxes (some with writing space)
  • 2 full day box checklists
  • 1 three-day wide image (3 full-day boxes) (can be cut into individual days if desired)
  • 7 “today” banners
  • 7 “to-do” banners
  • 7 checklist ribbons
  • 1 “important” half boxes
  • 3 half boxes
  • 4 habit trackers
  • 7 daily water consumption trackers
  • weekend banner
  •  top margin covers (includes days of week)
  •  2 inner margin washi strips
  • 5 washi strips (varying lengths: 4.5″, 5.8″, 6.5″, 7.5″, and 8″. each with varying widths)
  • 2 molang and 20 flower stickers

Remember, these are free for personal, non-commercial use. That means you can’t sell these or use these in any way to make money or anything like that! The fonts used are A Little Sunshine and Always In My Heart, both by Vanessa Bays. I didn’t invent Rilakkuma, Hello Kitty, or Molang, and found all images with an image search.

Well, what are you waiting for? Click here to download the pdf, or just click on the picture below! This printable is sized for the Classic Happy Planner.

May 8-14 Weekly Spread

Earlier this month, I challenged myself to decorate each week this month using pastel colors. I think it’s safe to say that this week fits the “pastel colors” theme quite nicely. I wanted this week to be especially pretty, since Mother’s Day is this Sunday! I was inspired by watercolor textures with floral touches. I just love how it turned out! I think it looks so cheerful!
