Talk about irony. I’ve been so focused on “catching up” on sharing past planner spreads, and here I am, late to share this week’s spread. Oh well. Better late than never, right? And this kit is too cute not to share! I’m seriously obsessed with this kit! Continue reading “May 21-27 Weekly Spread”
Hello, lovely friends! I’m super excited to share this blog post with you! I’m still playing “catch-up”; this time I’m sharing my weekly spreads from April (plus one weekly spread from March!)
A while back, I had an idea to make weekly kits that focused on a certain color and an accompanying emotion. But as I was working on these kits, the emotional aspect sort of faded away and I focused more upon making kits with bold colors. Continue reading ““Colors” Series (April 2018 Weekly Spreads)”
Hiya, everyone! If you haven’t read my previous posts, I’m playing “catch up”, sharing my weekly and monthly spreads in my planner. Instead of making one super-long blog post with all of my weekly and monthly spreads until I’m all caught up, I decided to group a couple weekly spreads into a couple of posts so it wouldn’t be overwhelming.
Today I’m going to be sharing all my weekly spreads from March! The first day of Spring was this month, so you’ll see a lot of plant-themed spreads! Continue reading “March 2018 Weekly Spreads”
Hello, friends! I’m still here playing “catch up”, sharing my weekly and monthly spreads in my planner. Like I mentioned in my last post, I’m going to split up my February spreads into two posts, because I didn’t want to make one super-long post. It seemed natural to split up the spreads by the kits used rather than chronologically, because I only used 2 kits for the entire month of February! Each of the kits I used were 4 US Letter pages long, so I had plenty of stickers to decorate 2 weeks with each kit– I even a lot of leftover stickers!
Since Valentine’s Day is in February, all of the kits I used are romantic or lovey in one way or another. The kit I used for the spreads in this blog post is called “Love n Stuff“. It was designed specifically for Valentine’s Day! Continue reading “February 2018 Weekly Spreads – Part Two”
Hello, everyone! Like I mentioned in my last post, I’m going to be playing “catch up”, sharing my weekly and monthly spreads in my planner. I’m going to split up my February spreads into two posts, because I used 2 kits for the entire month of February! Each post will focus on the two weeks I got out of one kit!
The kits I used were 4 US Letter pages long, so I had plenty of stickers to decorate 2 weeks with each kit– I even a lot of leftover stickers!
Since Valentine’s Day is in February, all of the kits I used are romantic or lovey in one way or another. So let’s dive right in, and start with my monthly spread! Continue reading “February 2018 Weekly Spreads – Part One”
Happy Tuesday, everyone! Like I mentioned a couple of posts back, I’m going to be playing catch up a little bit, but instead of making one post for each week like I’ve done in the past, I’ll share a couple of weekly spreads per post. That way, you can check out all of my weekly spreads, but I won’t be spamming my email subscribers’ inboxes with a bunch of emails!
I would start with January 2018… but I realize I never shared my weekly spread from the last week of 2017! So before we dive into 2018, I’m just gonna share the last week of December 2017 really quick… Continue reading “January 2018 Weekly Spreads”
Hello, lovely friends! I’m super excited to share this week’s spread with you! If you’re following me on Instagram, then you’re familiar with my “Colors” series I’ve recently released in my Etsy shop!
A while back, I had an idea to make weekly kits that focused on a certain color and an accompanying emotion. But as I was working on these kits, the emotional aspect sort of faded away and I focused more on making kits with bold colors. Continue reading “May 14-20 Weekly Spread”
Hey guys, remember me? I don’t just make freebies to share… I also have a planner and I decorate it too! Ha. It’s been a while since I’ve shared a weekly spread post! I’ve been working on making “catch-up” posts to share all the weekly and monthly spreads since my last weekly spread post. Don’t worry– I won’t be posting a million times in one day to catch up; I’ve grouped a lot of my weekly spreads into a couple of posts that way I wouldn’t overwhelm you guys with too many new posts all at once!
Since Mother’s Day is this week, I decided to use a light, floral kit! I used what I had leftover from my weekly spread for the first week of Spring! For that week and for this week, I used a kit called “Hello Spring“. Continue reading “May 7-13 Weekly Spread”
Where has December gone?! How is Christmas Eve this week?! Like I said last week, I need more weeks in December so I can use all the cute wintery kits I have!
This week, I went with a printable kit called “Candy Cane Cuddles“. Even though it’s 4 full pages, I only used a little bit of this kit. I have so much left over for another week! 🎄
My poor “hydrate” trackers were cut a little off again. 😭 I’m missing the 8th little droplet! Oh well. I’m still learning how to use my new Silhouette Portrait 2, and practice makes perfect! 😊
And see the Buffalo Plaid washi? And the “Merry & Bright” washi with the bicycle? Literally the worst washi ever! It’s really cute, but it totally wasn’t worth it. I found them both at the Target Dollar Spot. They were $1 each. I’m saying it wasn’t even worth $1! They are the cheapest, crummiest washi I’ve ever used! First, the washi keeps ripping. Even when I hold the roll straight and carefully and evenly pull the tape– it still rips. The “Merry & Bright” washi kept ripping right over the bicycle! It was so frustrating!
Usually I’m pretty forgiving with myself if I “mess up” washi. But not with these rolls. These rolls were so thin, I felt like I was going to end up wasting the entire roll just trying to get a single piece that wasn’t ripped. I’m usually a huge fan of almost everything from the Target Dollar Spot, but these washi rolls were definitely a miss with me. What a bummer!
Did you guys have better luck with any of the different types of Target Dollar Spot washi tape? Let me know in the comments below!
