May 14-20 Weekly Spread

Washi Wednesday [6.7.17]

This week for Washi Wednesday, I tried to pick out washi tape that matched with my Lisa Frank theme in my planner. In a perfect world, I would use real Lisa Frank washi tape, but I don’t think it even exists. Which is a tragedy. 😭 I would buy so many rolls of that washi… So anyways, I did the best I could with bold colors and rainbows… and thought I’d have a little fun and throw some glittery poop emoji washi in there, too! 💩 Continue reading “Washi Wednesday [6.7.17]”

June 5-11 Weekly Spread

Did anybody else used to get excited for back-to-school supplies shopping? Every year, I remember begging my mom to get me Lisa Frank binders, folders, notebooks, and of course stickers. I loved the the unicorns, aliens, and cats the most. And whenever any of her girls had red hair, because I always thought it looked like me.

I don’t really remember when exactly stores stopped carrying Lisa Frank stuff. Maybe by that point I had gotten a little older and I didn’t really go school supplies shopping anymore. All I know is that somewhere along the way, stores stopped selling Lisa Frank products and this was a terrible, terrible tragedy.

This week, in the bottom margin on the right page was a quote that read “daydreaming is a mandatory daily exercise”. That quote and my love and appreciation for Lisa Frank were my inspiration for this week’s spread! Continue reading “June 5-11 Weekly Spread”
